Building an Automated System for E Commerce Operations
We created a system that connects Mandala’s online store, order management, and customer communication into one automated workflow.
When a customer places an order, the system automatically updates inventory, notifies the fulfillment team, and sends confirmation messages to customers. This removed repetitive manual steps and made the process much more reliable.
